Modern
Multifunction Printers (MFP) have transformed into a tool
to manage the full cycle of a document rather than just
print, copy or scan functions.
Today's MFP's are loaded with intelligent features such
as:
- Networking Scanning: You can scan documents
(in color or monochrome) into a file folder on the
network or to an e-mail client.
- Digital Sending Using PDF Format: Read corporate databases and
e-mail documents as a PDF file attachment to a
selected database list.
- Remote Printing: Using specific hardware or
software upgrades, you may copy a document to be
printed on a remote printer.

range of document finishing options from sorting and

excessive or un-authorized printing, modern MFP's are
now equipped with features to control who can print
and when a job is printed. Certain jobs will not print
till the sender enter a password so that no job is
lost in a pile of paper on the output bin.
