offer the following type of services to our clients:
- On-Site Services: Our
engineers will attend to the problem at the
customer's site. Our usual response time is 4
business hours from the time the call is placed.
On-Site service is charged based on time and
material. Our man-hour rates are listed below.
- On-Site Warranty Service:
For items under manufacturer warranty,
service is basically free of labour and part
charges. However, if warranty was voided due to a
reason indicated by the manufacturer policy, we
shall charge the customer at the regular labor and
part rates.
